Use the Reset Password link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your JBL account and follow the instructions in the email.

Please verify that the email address you entered is correct and check your spam/junk folder. If the problem persists, contact support with your full name and the email address you used to register.

After signing in, go to Dashboard → Profile Settings to update your personal information, affiliation, contact details, and research areas.

Typically, you will need the main manuscript (PDF or DOCX), title page with author details, tables and figures, and ethical clearance documents where applicable.

The Journal generally expects 12pt Times New Roman, double spaced text, APA 7th edition referencing, and manuscript length between 7,000–8,500 words.

You may edit or replace files while your manuscript is still in the Submitted / Pending Screening stage. Once it has entered peer review, changes can only be made through a formal revision process.

Reviewers are selected by the editorial team based on subject-matter expertise, academic experience, publication record, and absence of conflicts of interest.

The Journal follows a double-blind peer review model. Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
