Duties of Authors
- Originality and Plagiarism
Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works. Any work or words of others must be appropriately cited or quoted.
- Multiple Publications
An author should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal.
- Authorship Qualification
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, or interpretation of the study.
Duties of Editors
- Fair Play & Objectivity
Editors evaluate manuscripts for intellectual content without regard to race, gender, religious belief, or political philosophy.
- Confidentiality Protocol
The editor must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author and reviewers.
Duties of Reviewers
- Contribution to Decision
Peer review assists the editor in making decisions and assists authors in improving their research quality.

Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents during and after the review process.
