Similarity Screening
Manual and automated screening processes are applied to every manuscript. We utilize industry-standard software to compare submissions against global repositories.
Acceptance Criteria
A similarity index of lower than 15% is required, but must also satisfy:
- Matches not from single source
- Core results must be 100% original
Consequences of Malpractice
Violations of the plagiarism policy carry severe consequences depending on the timing of discovery:

Immediate rejection and notification of the home institution.
Post-Publication
Formal retraction and permanent public record of the violation.
